Last night was the first night I have slept in a bed in over 3 weeks since getting to my bed upstairs is problematic with my broken foot. This was the view from my hotel in Springfield this morning...sun rising with the moon still high in the sky.

While I was at my conference, I saw my brother and niece and we went out for dinner to get phở. She is five and will be six next month. So I am a "road warrior" in terms of my job...I travel A LOT! Because of my recent accident, I have not been on the road in about 3 weeks but that ends today. I am off to Springfield for a conference and these crutches are going to be my best friend...and worst enemy.
