We had about 2 dozen kids tonight and decided it was time to turn out the lights when the teenagers started driving around in their car to get candy. Happy Halloween!!
If you know me, you know that photography has always been a big part of my life. Starting in 2009, I decided it would be interesting (at least to me) to document a year with a photo a day. I finished my first year and I am starting my second. I am not sure I will be quite as diligent in Year 2 but I will try!

Bill and I went to the Taste of Syracuse tonight. It is an opportunity for local restaurants to do dollar tastings and listen to some bands. It is nice because you get to try a little bit of a bunch of stuff...sort of like tapas. We had Jamaican beef patties, chicken riggies, empanadas, Thai shrimp, gumbo, and some other things I don't recall.
...hoppin' down the bunny trail. It that time of year again - children being forced to sit on the giant scary Easter Bunny's lap to capture a picture. Too many times, I see kids screaming bloody murder as they are placed on the lap of this crazy looking bunny. Who can blame them, if you were made to sit on the lap of something that is 100 times the size of what it should be wouldn't you be frightened? Thanks Easter Bunny...BOCK! BOCK!
