15 February 2010: The Happy Valley

I am back in the Happy Valley doing some visits to the local colleges. The sun was shining and it was almost 40 degrees - almost a summer day! :) Wandered around Amherst College and Mount Holyoke College to take some HDR shots.

I am in the "Happy Valley" this week doing school visits and noticed the Eric Carle Museum was here. I took a few moments between meetings to go check it out. I didn't get a chance to go inside the museum as it was $9 to get in and I didn't have that much free time so I figured I would wait for another visit when I had more time. With as much time as I spend on college campuses in the Northeast, I realized that I have not take many pictures on those campuses.  As I was driving through Amherst, MA tonight after dinner, I thought this evening shot with the tree shadow was intersting.
