14 August 2010: Sunny Disposition

I bought some sunflowers at the farmers market today and added them to some peppers and tomatoes from our garden...loves the HDR effect of both of these photos!

11 August 2010: Lake Love

Since I haven't been to the ocean much this summer, I am learning to love the lakes again!

18 July 2010: Fire Lilies

I know I have taken photos of these lilies before but I love them and I think they look like fire, particularly in HDR!

25 June 2010: Grape Leaves

The grape vines are looking good right now...that is until the Japanese beatles return!

24 June 2010: Made In The USA

Saw this cool old truck in the parking lot of the gym this morning. Cars were so much cooler and had a lot more character!

17 May 2010: Stewart Park

I stopped by Stewart Park in Ithaca today before an appointment. This place is always so calming and I love the effect of the HDR process on a picture I have taken many times before.

14 April 2010: Planting Season

I love this time of year...the fields are getting readied for planting, clouds are dotted across the sky and the warmth of the sun is getting stronger!

11 May 2010: Too Many Tulips

I bought these tulips when I was at the Ithaca Farmers Market over the weekend. I just can't resist tulips - I love them and since they are so cheap right now, I have to buy them whenever I see them! Don't worry - tulip season must be almost over!

4 May 2010: Buffalo Botanicals

Today was a great weather day...rain - sun - rainbow - rain - sun - hail - rain - downpour - sun. This was taken during one of the moments in between the rain/hail at the Buffalo Botanical Garden.

30 April 2010: Rickety Bridge

I've driven under this bridge hundreds of times. The closer I got to it to take a picture, the scarier it became. I may start taking the long way around. I certainly never want to be going under it while a train is going over it!

28 April 2010: Blustery Bristol

I was back in Bristol for a meeting and captured some pictures with storm clouds in the distance.

20 April 2010: The Tree Path

I have driven by these trees several times on my way to and from Burlington and today the morning light was perfect.

19 April 2010: Burlington Beauty

There are certain places I will never tire of taking photos and Burlington is one of them.

15 April 2010: Putting Out Fires

This is the fire house near the hotel parking garage. The day before I walked by and there was a dalmation out front - I wish I had my camera then.

20 March 2010: The Salt City

It was another beautiful day on this first day of spring. We took a ride out to Onondaga Lake Park for a short walk and a few pictures. Syracuse is (or was) known as the Salt City. Back in the day the salt industry created the City of Syracuse and supplied the entire nation with salt!

16 March 2010: Far Above Cayuga's Water

More Ithaca, more gorges, more Cornell from this morning's photo frenzy before some more meetings in the area.
