There are certain places I will never tire of taking photos and Burlington is one of them.

I am in Vermont for a couple of days for work and took this shot of some locals heading to a favorite diner in Burlington - just off of Church St.

27 January 2010: Church Street

We had a social with the staff of the colleges I am visiting this week and the "Road Warriors". It is always a good time when we get together away from the fairs to unwind and catch up. These were taken on Church St. which is one of my favorite places in Burlington!

3 September 2009 Photo(s): Brudders Forever!

I went to go meet up with my friend Angela and her adorable boys today in Burlington. Spencer had a great time playing on all of the equipment at the playground - climbing and swinging like a little monkey. I asked him if his name was Curious George and he quickly told me "NO!" And that look on Spencer's face is just priceless. He was just so proud of himself and how fast he could get across the tires. Reidan is just such a happy little boy...his laugh and smile are just so sweet. I love baby toes...I could just eat them up! I think I should have gotten a vaccination because I have been infected with their cuteness!

20 April 2009 Photo: Morning Stillness

I am up in Vermont for a few days and am rediscovering the wonder of the area. I lived and worked in VT for 3 years right out of undergrad. I learned a lot about the myself all those years ago and have fond memories of the people I met here.

Now,I get to visit a couple times a year for my cuurent job and each time I am here, I think that I could live in Burlington. It is a great city and reminds me a lot of Ithaca (where I lived for 10 years). This morning I went out for a drive and stopped in a few places to take a walk. Lake Champlain was calm this morning and no sightings of Champ this morning.Who knows...someday I may come back.
