More Ithaca, more gorges, more Cornell from this morning's photo frenzy before some more meetings in the area.
If you know me, you know that photography has always been a big part of my life. Starting in 2009, I decided it would be interesting (at least to me) to document a year with a photo a day. I finished my first year and I am starting my second. I am not sure I will be quite as diligent in Year 2 but I will try!

More Ithaca, more gorges, more Cornell from this morning's photo frenzy before some more meetings in the area.

I went back to my old stomping grounds for some meetings and indulged myself with some HDR photos of the gorges.
I ventured down to Ithaca today with my friend Patty. She and I worked at Cornell together and she was in the area visiting for the weekend. We headed down to some of our old haunts on campus and in Ithaca, including Treman State Park (which has some of the best waterfalls in Central NY). It is days like this that I miss Ithaca more than ever. The gorges are just amazing and I have so many fond memories of hiking and swimming there with friends. It truly is gorges!
